In order to reduce labor intensity and improve work efficiency, casters such as heavy duty outdoor caster wheels have been used as necessities for industrial support. However, if used for a long time, the casters will inevitably be damaged. Faced with this situation, how should we repair and maintain industrial casters?
Another factor is the tightness of casters, such as All Iron Caster. Replace damaged wheels to avoid unstable rotation. After checking and replacing the wheel, ensure that the lock washer is tightened and the axle is tightened with the nut. Since loosening of the shaft will cause friction between the spokes and the bracket and thus jam, it should be noted that attention should be paid to whether there are wheels and bearings that need to be replaced so as to avoid production losses.
Tighten the loose shaft and nut, and check the weld or support plate for damage. When installing casters, use lock nuts or lock washers. Expansion of casting machines (such as cast iron industrial casting machine wheels) must ensure that the plunger is securely mounted on the housing.
Lubrication is normally performed every six months under normal conditions. The car should be lubricated and maintained after each month of cleaning.
